How Do I Raise My Vibes & Why Do I Want To?

Each of us vibrate on a certain level, with specific energy frequencies. Do you ever find yourself feeling down? This can literally be explained by a lower energy frequency. Google Quantum Physics.

 

What you are feeling is REAL. When you are feeling down and not quite yourself, I would encourage you to start moving through it. However, there is a HUGE difference between staying stuck in a down feeling; and feeling it or riding it through its cycle. I am NOT encouraging you to ignore your down feelings but I am encouraging you to be aware of how you are feeling and how LONG you are feeling down. Lately I have been hyper aware of folks living from a state of victim-hood; probably because I was there myself for so damn long! So now its always obvious to me when I am aware of words being spoken or actions being taken. The following list is meant for you to use anytime you want to reclaim your joy and uplift yourself, so please bookmark this and reference when needed. This is a small picture of what you can do, but it does happen to be some of my favorite things to bring joy back into my life.

 

 

 

 

 

How to raise your VIBES:

 

Meditate

 

Breathe Deeply

 

Play Positive Music

 

Go outside & walk around barefoot in your grass

 

Go To The Beach

 

Take a shower or bubble bath and imagine the water washing away your worries

 

Drink a cup of organic tea

 

Drink water

 

Rub or spray rose water on yourself

 

Listen to a positive podcast (Hay House, Food Heals Nation, Lewis Howes, My Seven Chakras)

 

Read your favorite book

 

Color

 

Diffuse Essential Oils such as: Basil, Lavender, Frankincense, Spearmint, Lemon, Jasmine, Bergamot, Rose, Ylang Ylang. {Rose oil is the highest frequency of any oil, enhances frequency of any cell which can balance and enhances body.

Ylang ylang can bring women confidence, self esteem, joy and peace.} ***Please note: There are specific oils you cannot diffuse around children or folks with specific medical conditions.
