Stayed powered throughout your day by having this yummy smoothie as a morning snack:
Mango, Pineapple, Coconut, Flaxseed Smoothie
1 cup power-greens mix
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1/2 tablespoon chia seed
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy.
The flax & chia seeds will keep you feeling full and satisfied because they are FULL of fiber, but also, the chia seeds EXPAND in your stomach. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
